Hey Friends!! It's Genia, the one you love to call for the best restaurant suggestions or to find out which hot spots to frequent in and around town! Now you don't have to call; everything you need can be found right here. Welcome to Eats, Beats, and Feats HTx. I am so thankful that you've taken the time to support my blog for all things HTx! That means you'll find exclusive content that is inclusive of reviews for the most delicious eats , dopest beats, most popular spots and events in the city and features with the most talented individuals reppin' the H-town connection in some form or fashion.
How to navigate the site :
You'll find three categories listed in the menu : (1) Dine Time , (2) What's on the Playlist , and (3) We Outside. Dine Time will feature reviews from the newest and most poppin' spots because we all need an honest review to let us know if a restaurant truly lives up the hype. I'll also take the time to spotlight hidden gems that may not be new or popular but have quality offerings and go overlooked due to the aforementioned "hype" from the new and upcoming spots.
What's On The Playlist reviews the latest releases from some of your favorite artists. Who doesn't love a good track to keep on repeat? While this section is not H-town specific, I will be sure to review and highlight as many hometown talents as possible. Links to released Spotify playlists or artists released singles will also be found here from time to time.
Lastly, "We Outside" is just as the name suggests. Bored at home? Friends or relatives coming into town? No idea what to do? I got you! You'll find a calendar and listings of up and coming events as well as reviews of the ones you missed too!

I look forward to capturing and reviewing some of the best that our city and surrounding areas have to offer.
